A line of men and women decked out in leather, leashes and lingerie waited to be flogged and spanked in an enclosed stage as hundreds of spectators watched and snapped photos Sunday. It was just another day at the Folsom Street Fair, a celebration of all things kink and an annual San Francisco event since 1984. So nobody has a good excuse. Anyone who denies there is a God is conformed to every manner of the evil present here, thereby removing themselves from His eternal purpose. Those who see sin as the natural thing to do reveal it by a behavior costly to a present and eternal life.
21 What happened was this: People knew God perfectly well, but when they didn’t treat him like God, refusing to worship him, they trivialized themselves into silliness and confusion so that there was neither sense nor direction left in their lives. 22 They pretended to know it all, but were illiterate regarding life. We all need truth regarding sin and how it tries to satisfy a nature that destroys life, apparent in the fact that it is still among us. Every individual who chooses to degrade their creator by some self-righteous ‘idol-ism’ chooses to trade a purposely created glory for the darkness of evil’s immoral ways.
23 They traded the glory of God who holds the whole world in his hands for cheap figurines you can buy at any roadside stand. 24 So God said, in effect, “If that’s what you want, that’s what you get.” It wasn’t long before they were living in a pigpen, smeared with filth, filthy inside and out. This immoral manner of living is now the natural way of life to them, it becomes their lifestyle because it is now in their nature to live in such perversion. 25 And all this because they traded the true God for a fake god, and worshiped the god they made instead of the God who made them—the God we bless, the God who blesses us. Oh, yes!
We can see they have garnered a perverse mindset, thinking what they choose to do in this lifestyle of darkness is far better than anything a creator God could ever do for them. 26 Worse followed. Refusing to know God, they soon didn’t know how to be human either women didn’t know how to be women, men didn’t know how to be men. 27 Sexually confused, they abused and defiled one another, women with women, men with men all lust, no love. And then they paid for it, oh, how they paid for it emptied of God and love, godless and loveless wretches.
So, what is the end result of all this? Individuals who are unconscious of His created purpose seeking to fulfill a perversely carnal behavior void of love for God, and self. 28 Since they didn’t bother to acknowledge God, God quit bothering them and let them run loose. God from the beginning has done nothing against a person’s will, they can choose to do whatever they want, which includes choosing to deny Christ and the God who created them. The fact is no one who lives committed to sin never has true peace within their soul. They are constantly embattled in warfare of soul trying to reason out and justify every event in their life.
Today we have even more ways for these insidious persons to promote sinful mannerisms by using various means of technology such as television, radio, internet, and smartphones. 29 And then all hell broke loose; rampant evil, grabbing and grasping, vicious backstabbing. They made life hell on earth with their envy, wanton killing, bickering, and cheating. Look at them: mean-spirited, venomous, 30 fork-tongued God-bashers. Bullies, swaggerers, insufferable windbags! They keep inventing new ways of wrecking lives. They ditch their parents when they get in the way. 31 Stupid, slimy, cruel, cold-blooded.
These people are constant sinners and provokers of others to maintain sinful lifestyles while claiming that anyone who speaks against such living is just a bigot, social intolerant, phobic, or has some sort of religious stigma. And yet all along all of this is to cover up immorality completely defiant before God. 32 And it’s not as if they don’t know better. They know perfectly well they’re spitting in God’s face. And they don’t care, they hand out prizes to those who do the worst things best!
Today’s liberalism promotes sin and disrupts society through media, secular activists, and many churches. Revealed in the fact that social pandering to bring others to live this way is daily being done through an emotionally charged expletive-filled with enticing lies. The fact is to promote discord among people by saying that sin can easily be transfigured to appear as just an incorrect perception of what someone does is liberalism at its best. And using social media, political arenas, government education environments influence society to accept this perverted behavior as some sort of social tolerance.
There are many religious organizations that purposely work to help engineer our society to be devoid of any moral or ethical standards that should be present. By charging that anyone who is in disagreement to this, is of some present phobia with prejudice of mind, or just acting religiously pious. So, let’s for a moment move from this and see how these workers of iniquity devalue males and females and no longer see a purpose to bring about God’s procreation process He has underlined as an eternal purpose of bringing forth His Spiritual Offspring. Mal 2:15 (AMP) And did not God make [you and your wife] one [flesh]? Did not One make you and preserve your spirit alive? And why [did God make you two] one? Because He sought a godly offspring [from your union]. Therefore take heed to yourselves, and let no one deal treacherously and be faithless to the wife of his youth.
Sexuality is part of who we are and why God has designed us to desire compatibility with someone who is a sexual opposite in His creation. There is nothing wrong with soul gratifying soul, and flesh satisfying flesh, but the spirit is designed to only be nurtured by the Spirit of God in order for an image of Him to occur among men and women created equal. These same created sexes today find themselves under attack by secular activists who are focused on removing any defined sexual roles.
Mankind is ordained to bring about a human lineage upon this earth that is characteristic of God within itself in every way. The devil’s influence on our carnal nature distorts this purpose bringing about every manner of wickedness through our presence here. God’s plan is for everyone to be a recipient of life and godliness, partnered in His Divine nature, and free from the lust of this world. 2 Pet 1:3-4 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
