Is God Schizophrenic?

One might think so based on all the liberal labyrinth of verbal spiel concerning what one’s life should be like today, as in everything is OK, no one is BAD, all are GOOD, and there are no reasons for one to govern themselves. However, the real problem here is that not only is there a lot of talk about how such liberality promotes homosexuality as having no wrong context of nature associated with it. It is this manner of mindedness that’s coming from so-called Christian denominations who think such a lifestyle is to be embraced and promoted, not just among its congregates, but its leadership positions as well.

Why would such thinking be a problem within the ranks of these denominations? Well let’s take this a step at a time, it is clear in scripture that God has expressed unacceptance of and exclusion concerning certain manners of behavior from us, His created males and females. Leviticus 18:22-24 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. 23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. 24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:

Now before I get too far into this I must express that such mindedness of denominations who claim to be a part of the church is contrary to spiritual characteristics that God has established for His church, and not man. So with that said it is obvious that my position is on the side of biblical scripture and not some sort of societal compliance which is the driving influence behind such spiritual stupidity that clearly defies truth, that’s revealed in scripture pertaining to what is acceptable in the sight of God, as any governance or correction for one’s life is solely for their own wellbeing as revealed by God’s love.

Proverbs 12:1 (NKJV) Whosoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who hates correction is stupid. What can be said of such leadership is that it is not spiritually mature and by nature lacks in character to be as an image of God through Jesus Christ. And is in commitment of spiritual adultery in relationship with God by the leadership, and also among those who are admiring of them.

Going back to my header for this, I believe the thinking that God somehow has changed His righteous character over the millennium is treading on the very righteousness of the word that these denominations say they uphold. They fall into the revealed group of people that scripture says will be arriving on the scene at the end of the church time, those that will teach evil in place of good, solely for their own purpose. 2 Peter 2:1-3 (MSG) But there were also lying prophets among the people then, just as there will be lying religious teachers among you. They’ll smuggle in destructive divisions, pitting you against each other—biting the hand of the One who gave them a chance to have their lives back! They’ve put themselves on a fast downhill slide to destruction, 2 but not before they recruit a crowd of mixed-up followers who can’t tell right from wrong. They give the way of truth a bad name. 3 They’re only out for themselves. They’ll say anything, anything that sounds good to exploit you. They won’t, of course, get by with it. They’ll come to a bad end, for God has never just stood by and let that kind of thing go on.

Isn’t it interesting that God even though He may not settle up every Saturday night He does at some point in time settle the issue of His vengeance against unrighteousness? As for my part concerning this issue, I do not have to accuse any individual by name or call out any one of the churches accommodating such thinking, or even name the denominations that are at fault here. I take my stand solely upon the fact that for over 1900 years the corporate church of Christ has always embraced, while not always perfect at it, the primary truth that God is a righteous God. And righteousness refers to not just right standing with God, but more predominately to the character of God which is inherently right in all things.

Thus no man, or organization of men, or any manner of a social premise, can change the very nature of God. I pray for those who have garnered such manner of thinking, for their accountability is wholly in the hands of Jesus Christ, and prophetically established in the word of God to be determined at the judgment when Christ sets on that white throne. Revelation 20:11-12 (MSG) I saw a Great White Throne and the One Enthroned. Nothing could stand before or against the Presence, nothing in Heaven, nothing on earth. 12 And then I saw all the dead, great and small, standing there—before the Throne! And books were opened. Then another book was opened: the Book of Life. The dead were judged by what was written in the books, by the way they had lived.
