CREATED TO KEEP THE LAWS

Though most of the trend of my blogs is toward the things that are uncharacteristic to the Church’s presence here, I still need to affirm the glory that is in all who are God’s offspring. So I brought an excerpt from an older book that I wrote in 2014 called God’s Power Revealed as I believe it is relevant to our present status in the war of the spirit.

Everything God has purposed to be revealed on earth by His sons and daughters in Christ is for abiding in the spiritual laws present here. One of the reasons we were born again is to fulfill the laws of God both spiritual and natural. Now do not get legalistic on me I am not referring to keeping the laws of Moses as some belief. But keeping the laws that God has placed here for the purpose of stabilization of the spiritual realms. Jesus who is our example in all things relevant to our physical existence, as the Son of God knew that spiritual and natural laws exist by the governance of God’s word. And that they must be observed since any violation of such laws causes disruptions in spiritual places which in turn disrupts our natural realm.

The laws of God are both spiritual and supernatural in working and maintaining all things as He established in the beginning. Jesus knew He was the ultimate sacrifice for man, and as such, He knew that He could not violate the laws of Moses or any spiritual laws established by God. That is why He told John that He must be baptized by him for them both to fulfill all things regarding the law. Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. 14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? 15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. Math 3:13-15. He also knew that He would do all things by the anointing of the Spirit of God while He occupied a fleshly body. How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. Acts 10:38

He submitted himself to the governance of the spiritual laws declared by His Father at creation, as well as any natural laws invoked by the fall of Adam. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Gen 3:18. The fall was a giving up of sovereign authority by God for man’s dominion over the curse. Our enemy who is evil in nature knows that God will enforce His own laws, he uses the curse against us. Though God is bound by His word, He does not do so because of the devil, but because He is God.

The laws God has spoken are enforced by the Spirit of God. Like Moses who was to reveal righteousness with God to Israel showed that abiding by them would make them counted as righteous until the time of Jesus fulfilling God’s plan of eternal salvation. And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath commanded us. Deut 6:25God has His attention focused upon the earth, not specifically on man’s conflicts or the economic conditions, but the results of poverty, sickness, and diseases, seen by God upon those who are under the yoke of sin promoted by the evil one. And the fact that somehow they have managed by the work of the Spirit of God to focus on Him, as God.

In essence, they have come to realize, or have great reverence that He as God is the one who can deliver them from such sin. For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word. Isa. 66:2This verse refers to individuals who are by the curse spiritually impoverished, and unable to change their condition because they are in essence spiritually dead because of Adam’s fall in the Garden. They are as the word illustrates spiritually maimed, mutilated by the works of darkness like you and me before Christ when we were spiritually incapacitated. But just like us when they humbly come to the word of God and are now fearfully focused and reverent of the truths therein. They see how the God of that word by authority and power can change their spiritual condition. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, Prov 1:7(a).

Anyone who is in Christ is being brought up by the Holy Spirit as a son or daughter of God having rights to an inherited promised possession, eternal life in Christ. Our heavenly Father has delivered us out of the judgment and punishment of the curse and has done this so that we can be His spiritual offspring on this earth today. And through Christ’s submission to the laws of God we are no longer spiritually incapacitated, but fully restored to be spiritually prosperous on the earth. No believer is left here to somehow survive on this earth under constant influence from spiritual forces that are not of a Godly character or purpose. Something that many have yet to fully perceive.

A believer is the very presence of God, who is Spirit, on this earth today. Our spiritual presence even though contained in a fleshly body is purposed to be an influence here with a force, God’s authority and power. An authority and power that is greater than the forces of hell occupying this earth. Jesus said that His Church is greater than the gates of hell, which are just spiritually enforced partitions of evil. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock (revelation knowledge) I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. Math 16:18. Such enforcements are not strong enough to hold back the power of God inherent in the authority of His word.

I believe we are that generation that will rise to greater heights by our witness of truth revealing the kingdom of God on this earth. But taking possession of the things of this earth in the authority and power of God through Christ Jesus our Lord requires equipping us for the good work He has created us for. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Tim 3:16-17.
