Fear Tactics

Well, this is not surprising, it appears there are Churches and religious organizations that are scared the government is going to crack down on them for possible political infractions to the tax-exempt laws from the pulpit. As the American Atheist Inc. group alleged in a lawsuit, that the IRS may not be enforcing the current tax law in regards to tax-exempt religious organizations and the Freedom From Religion Foundation who is focused on any political activity from the pulpit.

Just the IRS acknowledgment and confirmation of such legal action has now raised fears of possible IRS crackdowns on Churches. The danger here is not so much what the IRS will do, but what the Churches are now going to do since in recent years there has been a trend in the church to give in to much of the social rhetoric for the sake of headcount. The Church worldwide is made up of multiple organizations and each of them have memberships ranging from a few thousand to millions, and the likelihood that each one of those members has a political stance is simple deduction. But hardly any of the members of these organizations go to their local churches solely for the sake of some political ranting from the pulpit, as in light of Christianity.

The doctrine is derived from scripture, not a political handbook. And whether or not any of them could have not complied with the current tax codes as a nonprofit org. is also likely, but probably will be confined to only a few in respect to the overall consensus from the IRS, since it has not reported mass violations. The message for those who are fearful of interference from big brother needs to be the truth as it already is revealed in God’s word. 1 John 4:3 (KJV) every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God; and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

The position that the atheist opposition takes is clearly outlined in scripture, and in no way should it be somehow shocking to the church that it is against them. They are not born again and have no consciousness of God, what they do burns in their soul because they are of the spirit of antichrist, their self-fulfilling purpose is void of any eternal reality. As for the churches in the United States, there needs to be some boldness to rise up to faithfully propagate the word of God, and quit this pig squealing social antics of trying to fit into the world’s systems. 1 John 4:4-6 (KJV) 4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Do I need to say more? Yes! Quit allowing yourself to be subjugated to their ranting and tactics, you should be only having ears to hear from the Spirit of God, so that truth is known, not the daily verbal narrative of social engineering taking place in the world. On a final note, the American Atheist group and FFRF are also tax-exempt organizations, and are coercing the IRS to enforce laws that already exist, and have for the most part been honored by the church over the years. This activity in itself is politically motivated under the guise of, were only working to keep separation of Church and State, only as they see fit, and it is clearly purposed to subdue any church’s influence regarding social issues that those on the liberal left, who are politically positioned against the church, want to be in control of, and devoid of any manner of moral or ethical influence from faith-based individuals.

This is not hard to understand when you know what the spirit of truth and the spirit of error look like, but when your being exposed to the social emphasis of the day from the pulpit, its a little hard to distinguish good from evil. Enough said!! For now.
