God does not see a believer’s life as a ministerial asset but as His child capable of ministry by the Holy Spirit. Though the Church ministers the gospel, it is to be by faith, according to a procreative right that works by natural and supernatural means to reveal a Spirit of life as written in scripture.
In every aspect of the Father’s intentions, when He describes Jesus, His first begotten Son, He was NOT revealed as His ministering offspring but as His beloved Son, who was anointed with the Holy Spirit and power to heal all whom the devil oppressed. Acts 10:38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. Jesus delivered all whom the devil oppressed in His day of ministry since His spiritual DNA is the same as His Father’s. He, as the firstborn of God, went about doing His Father’s will.
Luke 3:21-22 Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, 22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.
Everyone born again after Jesus is a new creation believer and an offspring of God through a supernatural rebirth. Since you, a spirit came from God, your spiritual DNA is as His child. Though ministry is the focus of all believers, it is not the spiritual factor that defines the Holy Spirit’s efforts to make you His son or daughter.
Christianity is solely about who you are since all are to be an image of God on this earth, having individual and corporate ministry efforts. If the Spirit of God works in those He appoints and anoints, it is not just a select few deemed most charismatic. This is especially true since the Holy Spirit, not pulpits, religious groups, or denominations determines spiritual maturity for the body of Christ in this day and hour.
1 Cor 12:4-11 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. While diverse in activity, all operate by supernatural prowess overseen by God. However, instead of teaching about the gifts and ministry for His operating them through God’s offspring, believers are constantly forced into ministry debuts without a nurturing of the truth.
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. This verse is true. As a believer, you need to know that the manifestation of the Holy Spirit is given for all to profit. Another translation says His manifestation is given to all for an advantage. An advantage for what? An answer lies in knowing that many are taught these gifts only operate in those called to ministry, or they went away with the disciples, or only work in the holiest of believers.
These gifts are for anyone who is by faith in Christ. Though the Holy Spirit oversees where, when, and by whom they will operate, nothing in scripture says He will not use a believer for a supernatural operation of them. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. However, when they operate, it is entirely for His purpose, regardless of whom.
Believers are uniquely blessed with the Holy Spirit, who works in and through them to fulfill ministry works under the headship of Christ and their heavenly Father. This divine advantage sets them apart from the world’s ways, and they are not bound to Christ by it or any denominational or ministerially inspired grouping. But by the Holy Spirit and the faith brought by the truth He reveals.
So, by the Holy Spirit, believers play significant roles in the work of signs, wonders, and miracles for His spiritual purposes. This empowerment is a testament to the importance of ministry and how it exemplifies Jesus’s life. However, it requires understanding that it only comes from the truth in scripture. As Jesus, the Son of God, revealed the Father’s will through His actions, you, as a believer, are no less a child of God also to reveal it. Any ministerial work Christ proposed for you should be seen as a testimony of your cherished identity.
Many churches and ministry leaders believe congregants are an expendable asset. However, training on being spiritual siblings and joint heirs with Christ holds a place in the hierarchical annals of truth by the Holy Spirit. A revelation of your eternal post in the body of Christ is an asset to the Lord Jesus Christ and is not part of the mediocrity narrative pulpits engage in today.
John 14:10-11 (MSG) Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I speak to you aren’t mere words. I don’t just make them up on my own. The Father who resides in me crafts each word into a divine act. I pray you get this truth if you get nothing else from this. The word of God is a creative power, and in the beginning, the Spirit of God brought into existence the whole of creation as God spoke out of His mouth what was to be.
Gen 1:3-28 (MSG) God spoke: “Light!” And light appeared. 4 God saw that light was good and separated light from dark. 5 God named the light Day, he named the dark Night. It was evening, it was morning— Day One. The word produced light, which in this case was the Shekinah Glory, as the Spirit of God generated it in the darkness of space; this light was called day, and the darkness called night, defining what will be by the supernatural refurbishing of the universe and earth.
6 God spoke: “Sky! In the middle of the waters; separate water from water!” 7 God made sky. He separated the water under sky from the water above sky. And there it was: 8 he named sky the Heavens; It was evening, it was morning— Day Two. By His word, the Spirit of God created an expanse above the seas, waters, and oceans, the upper area we call the stratosphere, which contains an oxygen-rich atmosphere over the entire earth, as there are elements in the work of all this that continue to create a life-born environment to sustain humanity till the end of this age.
9 God spoke: “Separate! Water-beneath-Heaven, gather into one place; Land, appear!” And there it was. 10 God named the land Earth. He called the pooled water Ocean. God saw that it was good. The Spirit of God divided the waters that settled on the earth, and land appeared, containing rivers and lakes, as every plant, tree, flower, fruit, vegetable, and every green thing for food by His word.
11 God spoke: “Earth, green up! Grow all varieties of seed-bearing plants, Every sort of fruit-bearing tree.” And there it was. 12 Earth produced green seed-bearing plants, all varieties, And fruit-bearing trees of all sorts. God saw that it was good. 13 It was evening, it was morning— Day Three. This tells us how important these are to our health, spirit, soul, and body well-being.
As the glory of the earth speaks of His majesty, He made the heavenly bodies we see and those we cannot. 14 God spoke: “Lights! Come out! Shine in Heaven’s sky! Separate Day from Night. Mark seasons and days and years, 15 Lights in Heaven’s sky to give light to Earth.” And there it was.
He made the sunlight the day and moonlight the night, along with the stars in the heavens, to guide those traveling at night. By His words, the Spirit of God also placed the Sun, Moon, and Earth in their present orbit to maintain the balance of Earth’s atmosphere and magnetic pole structure, thus refurbishing the universe. 16 God made two big lights, the larger to take charge of Day, The smaller to be in charge of Night; and he made the stars. 17 God placed them in the heavenly sky to light up Earth 18 And oversee Day and Night, to separate light and dark. God saw that it was good. 19 It was evening, it was morning— Day Four.
God, by His word, proclaimed all life in the oceans and seas, and particular living creatures He made are in such a way as to be called out, like the birds. Notice He says to Prosper, Reproduce, fill the oceans and the birds to reproduce on earth. The living essence of His creation continues to produce life according to His Word. 20 God spoke: “Swarm, Ocean, with fish and all sea life! Birds, fly through the sky over Earth!” 21 God created the huge whales, all the swarm of life in the waters, And every kind and species of flying birds. God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them: “Prosper! Reproduce! Fill Ocean! Birds, reproduce on Earth!” 23 It was evening, it was morning— Day Five.
Notice that He spoke to the earth and said it should produce life in the form of cattle, reptiles, and wild beasts. This reveals that the mineral elements of this planet can produce living creatures. 24 God spoke: “Earth, generate life! Every sort and kind: cattle and reptiles and wild animals—all kinds.” And there it was: 25 wild animals of every kind, Cattle of all kinds, every sort of reptile and bug. God saw that it was good.
Finally, He says we (the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) will be the ones who create humanity. They will be made in our image and reflect our nature, having responsibility and dominion over creation. Pay attention to a critical issue concerning how you are made: 26 God spoke: “Let us make human beings in our image, make them reflecting our nature So they can be responsible for the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the cattle, And, yes, Earth itself, and every animal that moves on the face of Earth.”
Humanity was created godlike, but remember that this does not refer to you being gods, as He is God, but that you are gods within His hierarchy, holding this dominion over all things He created, except for humanity. 27 God created human beings; he created them godlike, Reflecting God’s nature. He created them male and female. 28 God blessed them: “Prosper! Reproduce! Fill Earth! Take charge! Be responsible for fish in the sea and birds in the air, for every living thing that moves on the face of Earth.”
I pray you take notice of how important it is for you, as a child of God, to know the truth about who you are in His sight since, for centuries, religious spirits have, through mediocrity, prevented us from seeing all He’s given us for this life and the one to come. Psalm 37:26-33 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed. 27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore. 28 For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved forever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
Notice that His seed is blessed and will live and dwell forever. So, as spiritual darkness prevails, it’s for a short time longer, as He brings all under correction in these last days of the Church. God is not leaving His sons and daughters ignorant of what He says about the righteous and the judgment to come on those filling pulpits by levels of leadership who do not do His will.
29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein forever. 30 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. 31 The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide. This correction has already begun, so believers take heart in His words regarding the saints and the righteousness each has in Christ Jesus. And remember, this statute with God is not by what you have done, but what Jesus did for you to be God’s offspring.
32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him. 33 The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.34 Wait on the Lord, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.
While ministry is a way of life for the believer, it does not define you as a child of God. Instead, the word of God reveals to you that the power to bring forth God’s righteousness into His creation starts with your salvation in Christ.
Rom 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
You are God’s offspring, not because you are a minister of the gospel but because you speak His words, having the same power to bring about the deliverance of those still in darkness through the leading of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, this age of spiritual ignorance must end, but it won’t be without spiritual warfare led by the Holy Spirit. Thus, the truth concerning it is essential for the supernatural force God has decreed under His headship of Christ.
